The app was not working. For a second I thought my wifi stopped working. Then I thought my password was expired. But the app gave me hope. It kept saying it is working. It even apologized that it was sorry for making it that late. It kept motivating me to gather more patience. Finally with immense support of app, I was able to get over all the challenges and now some how its working! I am really thankful for that

The app crashes a lot since the day it was showing need to update, & that too when clicked update, no update was found. I was unable to access the app due to this update message, but no update was found.So to get rid off the update thing, I had to uninstall the app & reinstalled it. And now, whenever I try to click "ID Card" option, my whole phone freezes & all the icons & display goes off for few second. This is highly unlikely to experience such a nice app. Please fix this ASAP. Thanks.

TWINGO is terriblyslow.After every authentication completed and successful login, when you try to register to travel office, it says you are not authorised to view this page. Worst app. Don't understand why it exists at all. Although the pin is registered, it asks id password everytime you open the app. Then it also asks Microsoft login where you enter credentials 2 times again. Then OTP, register pin, it takes finger print too in addition to pin. Don't understand the developers are mad or what.
